RS-500 "Reference-Standard" Phono Pre-Amplifier

The RS-500 is a single-slot 500-series phono pre-amplifier built to a reference standard: accurate RIAA equalization, low noise, and a fully balanced output. It accepts a phono-level signal on RCA and delivers a balanced feed on the module edge connector.

The front panel carries a +10 dB gain switch and an 18 dB / octave rumble filter, each with a lamp that lights when engaged. Input capacitance is set internally to 50 or 100 pF to match the cartridge and tonearm.
